Along Kimolos’ southern coast, the 20-key retreat is set on an island of chalk-white stone, sculptural coves and translucent waters, quietly untouched by time.

Inspired by the historic Castle of Kimolos, the architecture is conceived as a sheltered village, defined by sloped whitewashed walls, local stone and intimate pathways that create a natural sense of belonging. Cycladic forms are expressed with restraint—thick masonry, shaded passages and a wind-protected pool, designed to capture the Grecian sun while tempering the meltemi winds. Each suite opens outward to uninterrupted sea views, offering both privacy and a deep sense of place. Beyond the hotel, pristine beaches unfold in shades of white and blue, their waters among the clearest in the Cyclades, while Chorio, the island’s hilltop village, reveals a quiet rhythm of family-run tavernas and daily life. An island where little is altered and nothing is hurried, Kimolos offers a return to the elemental Cyclades—raw, luminous and profoundly calm.
Suites are positioned for privacy and orientation toward the Aegean Sea. Each features a private patio, shaded pergolas and, in some cases, a private pool. Interiors are calm and pared back, allowing texture and light to lead, while hand-finished surfaces, built-in furnishings and a muted palette reflect the island’s volcanic origins. The result is a seamless dialogue between landscape and structure.
