Away from the noise and crowds, the hotel takes inspiration from the surrounding sun-drenched hills and golden sand of the neighboring Kalo Livadi beach. All suites are designed to make the most of the Greek sunshine, each coming with a terrace and a private pool or jacuzzi. Artisans were brought in from Tinos island and Aliveri to shape sinks and pools from stone and marble, while local carpenters crafted the doors. Embracing a low impact lifestyle, the fitness center is fitted with sustainable equipment that does not require electricity built from recycled materials. TVs are absent to keep suites serene but can be installed upon request.
Each morning, chef heads to the market to source local products and pick up the freshest raw ingredients for creative yet simple Greek fare. The restaurant offers a laidback, open to nature dining space with a communal table or private tables that can be assembled upon request. As soon as the sun sets, the outdoor fireplace becomes the unofficial gathering spot.
