Tucked into the wild hills above the Aegean, Perma is both refuge and revelation. The property sits quietly on one of the most untouched and beautiful spots in Serifos overlooking the Aegean. Drawing from the island’s primal stillness of stone, wind and light, Perma celebrates the renowned beauty, culture and history of Serifos creating a community that come to enjoy all the simple pleasures the hotel and island have to offer. Days begin with sun-warmed breakfasts on open-air terraces and end beneath constellations that once guided sailors for centuries. In between, guests follow a thyme-scented off-road path—descending 50 metres through untouched terrain—to Kolibithra Beach, where pristine waters offer a cooling respite. Back at the property, interiors are pared-back, tactile, and rooted in place, with local stone and sun-bleached concrete creating spaces of calm, comfort and relaxation. Nothing hurried. Nothing loud. Perma is not a place to stay. It’s a way to return to yourself, to the land, to what matters.
Each suite and residence is shaped by a quiet simplicity. A private terrace leads to interiors framed by stone and expansive glass, where floor-to-ceiling windows welcome the landscape in. Concrete is used with intention—raw, sculptural, and weathered by time. It grounds the spaces in stillness, catching the light like stone, and allowing the island’s textures to breathe around it.
