Laguna Coast

Laguna Coast is in Stelida, on the western side of Naxos, beside the Aliki wetland and close to the northern shoreline of the peninsula. The coast is around two minutes away on foot. For a day of swimming, the sandy beach of Agios Prokopios is a short drive away. Chora can be reached in around ten minutes by car, bringing its harbor, castle quarter and Portara into an easy afternoon or evening outing. Further inland, roads lead through farmland to villages where marble lanes and shaded squares invite a longer stop. Naxos has direct flights from Athens and ferry connections with Piraeus and neighboring Cycladic islands.
